The steps listed below are our general procedure and not necessarily the same process we use for every filter.  Some filters are unique and so our cleaning and testing process must be as well.  From dust collector cartridges to engine air filters to pool filters, we can cover just about any application.  For those that may have questions about having their filters cleaned, please contact us so we can make sure to properly address each individual and unique need.

Step 1:
The filter is first cleaned in our custom built “dry-cleaning” machine which uses, low pressure, high volume air and vibration to remove over 90% of the dirt trapped within the media.

Step 2:
The filter is then placed in a “wet wash” cycle that uses low pressure, high volume water and detergent to remove the remaining particles and dirt stains.

Step 3:
The wet filters are then placed in a 'Wix' dryer overnight until thoroughly dried.

Step 4:
Each filter is then individually tested on a Manometer for flow restriction and light stand to insure there is no damage to the filter media or end caps.

Step 5:
All filters are custom boxed and labeled according to your specifications or needs.  These filters are then ready for delivery.
